Like most women, Megan was wearing a white bra when she came in. Once we started on trying on bras that fit her, she noticed that the ones I was having her try on weren't white. Thanks to Megan and letting me fit her, I was inspired to talk to you all about why you should never buy a white bra ever again.

3 Reasons Why You Should Never Buy A White Bra Ever Again!
Several weeks ago I had the great pleasure of going bra shopping with Megan from Brassy Apple. Let's just say we had a great time. I fitted her and like 90% of women out there, she was wearing the wrong bra size. After measuring her she went from a 36A to a 32C! What the what?! Not only did Megan go down two band sizes and went up cup two cup sizes! The power of being properly fitted. One of the things I remembered she was blown away by was the conversation we had over bra colors.

Weight Loss, Bra Buying, and a Bra Makeover with Diana from Livy Loves to Run
When you have an extreme weight loss like my good friend Diana from Livy Loves to Run where she lost 100 pounds, yes that's what I said, 100 POUNDS! You see a lot of changes in your body. Most of those changes are very much welcomed, but sometimes one part of the body you didn't expect to change so much is your boobs. Most women when they lose weight they tend to lose it in their boobs (boobs are made from fatty tissue, go figure). I contacted Diana and asked her if I could fit her because she hadn't been fitted for a bra before her weight loss! This is tragedy in my eyes. I was so excited when she enthusiastically accepted for this makeover and shopping trip.

The 21 Best Sports Bras for Large and Small Busted Gals!
I like to be really active and exercise and one of the most important parts of this is having a good sports bra. If you don't have a supportive and comfortable sports bra this can make working out and being active really difficult and painful, especially if you feel like your boobs are hitting you in the face or if you feel like you have "headlights" or protruding nipples showing through your bra, yikes!
I recently wrote an article about the three easy steps to finding the perfect fitting sports bra, and today I'm going to tell you which sports bras are the best ones for different type of activities (low impact and high impact) and for small and large cup sizes. I'd recommend you reading this article before you continue, it will just make this article make more sense.
Some women ask why they need more than just sports bra. Bras are a lot like shoes, you wouldn't wear a pair of flip flops while trying to run a marathon, and you certainly wouldn't wear a pair of Chacos to a black tie dinner. You have different bras for different activities, your needs, and your size. I've taken the guessing work out for you and have compiled a list of my favorite 21 sports bras I recommend for large and small busted women, let's dive in!

3 Easy Tips to Finding the Perfect Fitting Sports Bra
Are you active and find you're having a love hate relationship with your bras and being active? Feel like you're wearing a medieval torture device? You're not alone. One of the most frequently asked question I get asked when it comes to bras is how to find the correct fitting sports bra. Sports bras are almost identical to regular bras, but there's a couple of things that make them different. I'm here to show you how you can find the right sports bra for your bra size in three easy steps.

My Chantelle Valentine's Day Gift Guide!
This post is sponsored by Chantelle Lingerie where I received free product in exchange for a review. All opinions are 100% mine.
When I worked at Nordstrom many years ago, one of my FAVORITE bra brands I loved to put on my clients was Chantelle. Chantelle is known for their feminine, beautiful, hand crafted, and high quality bras and lingerie. Valentine's Day is coming up and if you're wanting to look for something that is going to spice up the night with a timeless piece of beautifully hand crafted fashion, then look no further than Chantelle!
At the end of the 19th century, the company that was later to become Chantelle is founded in Paris, France. Fast forward 130 years, Chantelle is one of leaders in high fashion bras and lingerie. Chantelle offers women everyday underwear made of rich fabrics with the most precise fit, similar to couture design.
What I love about Chantelle is their range in sizes, fit, styles, and cup shapes. They have awesome push up bras for those wanting more cleavage, full coverage bras that are stylish and comfortable, and beautiful lace cups that have intricate detail to make you feel like a woman! Every Chantelle piece I've own has outlasted all of my other bras and make me feel so much prettier. I feel like it's so important to feel pretty, sexy, and desirable especially when you're a mom. Sometimes practical and pretty don't always go hand in hand, but Chantelle combines sexy and comfortable, so you can have both!

I'm really excited because Valentine's Day is coming up and I'm one of those women who doesn't expect a lot from my man when it comes to Valentine's Day (I've learned the hard way and plus it helps me to prevent putting up way high expectations), but I do expect something that is thoughtful. If you want to do something that is different then, I've got some great news for you! I've gathered up a list of some of my favorite Chantelle picks for you that are fashionable, beautiful, classic, and will be a hit for your Valentine's Day night. These are also great for surprises for the hubby, anniversaries, weddings, and getaways! Drum roll please!

A lot of women, and sometimes me, when it comes to lingerie you don't want to spend a lot of money on it because it doesn't stay long for very long (it's the truth), and when you're a mother, the thought on something sexy sometimes makes me want to cringe. The thing I love about Chantelle is that all of their bras and lingerie are classic pieces of underwear. These will stand the test of time and will be in the drawer for a long time. I'll be honest, they're an investment, but an investment that will be used and worn time and time again.
I received this Rive Gauche T-Shirt Bra and matching hipster panty from Chantelle in black and ABSOLUTELY love it! It's perfect for fuller and swopping breast shapes. To learn more about how to identify your breast shape go here. This bras come in an A to a DDD or F cup size.
I love this Paris Paris Push Up Bra, the matching Tanga Panty, and Waist Cincher (not pictures above). This combination is perfect for smaller size breasts from an A to DD cup.
The great thing about this Paris Paris T-Shirt Bra is that you it can be an everyday bra too! This also can be combined with the Tanga Panty and Waist Cincher! It's feminine, beautiful, and racy, but in a good way. This bra comes in a B to a DDD or F cup size.
If you like to cover up a bit more, then this Opera Camisole and matching Hipster Panty is perfect for you. I love the way the lace is designed which creates a slimming effect. The vertical lines also make this a flattering fit.
Palais Royal Chemise and matching Bikini is what I wished I wore on my honeymoon. It's feminine, pretty, and simple.
I LOVE this Opera Chemise and matching Hipster because there's not much left to the imagination, haha. I love how it covers up, but shows off your best assets.
This Merci Push Up Bra and matching Hipster in the watermelon color scream spring to me! I know it's January, but I can dream right? This bra comes from an A to a DDD or F cup.
For you fuller busted gals, this Vedone Demi Bra and matching Hipster is queen! The demi cut will make you feel and look so beautiful!
Which one of these do you like the most? What are you planning on doing for your significant other for Valentine's Day? Even if you don't love lingerie, I promise you your husband will! Make sure to surprise him or do something out of the ordinary to let him know you love him!
If need help with finding a bra that fits, or learning more about how they should and shouldn't fit, or interested in learning more about my bra consultations, make sure to go to my Bra Guide tab on the top of the blog!
Thank you Chantelle for literally "supporting" me and this blog.
