For the past year I've been going to the gym and I feel like I've been doing the same workout. A couple weeks ago I was starting to feel really unmotivated and didn't even want to hear the word gym or workout, because I was so sick and tired of it. Do you ever feel that way where you go through stages where you're really good at eating healthy and exercising and then you go through periods when it's the last thing you want to do? It's been happening more than I'd like to admit.
My good ole friend Becki from Utah Sweet Savings contacted me and a bunch of my other friends Whitney from A Mommy's Life with a Touch of Yellow, Natalie from The Creative Mom, Staci from The Potter's Place, and Kami from Sweet Charli to see if we wanted to get together and workout! Heck yes! I've been needing some motivation, and this was the thing I really needed, to spend some quality time with my girls, have friends that can push and motivate me to work harder, and the best thing was to just hang and chat as we're pumping iron and doing some Zumba.
There's this new gym by my house called The Gym at Station Park in Farmington, Utah where we went to work out and it was the most beautiful gym I've ever seen! It was clean, spacious, they had a beautiful locker room, and have a cycling, yoga, pilates, and dance rooms! We had so much fun working out we lost track of time and realized we were there for three hours! Our poor husbands and kids!
We even made this video to show you what all of us did at the gym. Beware, I'm not a fitness professional and do not profess to be one, haha.

ReplyDeleteHaha, Albion only carries non underwire sports bras. If you're a DD and smaller, then I'd recommend them, if you're larger than a DD I highly recommend an underwire bra. I was just thinking how long it's been since I've seen you. Miss you and hope you two are doing well. Love you!
